Orders placed before 1pm PST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after1pm PST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

UPS Ground/ USPS: delivers 1-5 business days after processing.

UPS 3 Day Select: delivers 3 business days after processing.

UPS Next Day Air: delivers the next business day after processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Envya offers International Priority Mail (6-10 Business Days) or Express Mail (3-5 Business Days) shipping via United States Postal Service. Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

All international sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns are accepted on international orders.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Envya covers any malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under a 30 days warranty period from the original purchased date. Under the above circumstances you can return it back to Envya within 30 days of your purchase date.

If you purchased the Envya product from any other authorized Envya dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

We are unable to process returns for products that have been worn, altered or washed. All items returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. They must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

RETURN METHODS

1. Using our pre-paid shipping label to return:

To obtain your return shipping label, please email us at sales@envya.com with a short description, invoice number and your contact info, our sales rep will reply your email with the label attached. Make sure you repack the merchandise securely and place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside of your package. Note that charge on the pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. (The average amount is $8.00 /package, may vary by the region.)

2. Using your own shipping method:

You may send the items back to the address below using any other insured shipping method with a tracking #. We do not accept COD returns.

REFUNDS

As soon as your return has been processed, your return confirmation will be sent to you via email.

After return items are received and the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@envya.com.

Envya reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
